Types of PLay

Pickleball open play is a drop-in, social format where individuals or pairs show up without pre-arranged partners to play-- utilizing a "paddle rack" system for rotation. It offers a flexible way to meet new people, play with varying partners, and get consistent game time without reserving courts in advance.

House of Courts will have open play courts assigned for specific skill levels during certain time slots throughout the day. There will be a limited number of openings for each open play session for people to join in so player rotations are more frequent and players don’t experience excessive wait times.

Hours of Courts open play will vary by day and season but will always be posted on the CourtReserve app. Players will register for open play sessions in advance on the app and once the “limit” for a session is reached, a waitlist will be created.

The open play rate listed will be for a minimum 2-hour time slot. There will be multiple open play sessions throughout the day.

OPen PLay

If you prefer a “private” game with your own pre-arranged playing partners, courts will be available to reserve through the CourtReserve app.

Courts are rented in advance, on an hourly basis, and fees are based on the membership level of the player renting the court.

Reservations

At different times of the year, we will look to host league play. Details regarding these opportunities will be listed on our website and social media outlets.

The current plan is to limit the number of tournaments hosted at the facility so that members have ample opportunity to utilize their membership.

leagues / Tournaments

We will offer 13 week “blocks” of time that may be “contracted for” by groups to run their own play, round robins, etc.

A “group leader” will manage/schedule their players and be responsible for payment for the entire block, which will likely be offered on a quarterly basis. The “group leader” is responsible for payment and will be billed accordingly. The friend group can work out the reimbursement privately with the members of the group of the responsible party.

This is a way for a group to stay “private” without allowing other players access to their court(s) and to be assured of a certain number of courts on a regular, recurring basis.

Block times will be offered periodically and in advance on the schedule.

Invitational / BLock Time

A Hospitality Room is available for hosting corporate gatherings, birthday parties, etc. Groups seeking to host an event or party may work directly with the staff to arrange courts and access to the hospitality room.
